Ukrainian armed forces are continuing to violate the conditions on the deployment of military equipment along the line of context as stipulated by the Minsk Agreements and are using the ceasefire to build up the fighting potential of its units in the so-called ATO zone. This was reported by the speaker of the Lugansk People’s Militia, Andrey Marochko, to a Novorossiya Information Agency correspondent at today’s briefing in Lugansk.
“The movement of convoys of military equipment consisting of 4 T-64 tanks, two APC’s, and several vehicles have been observed in the residential area of Chervony Zhovteyn,” he said.
Marochko added: “The convoy travelled proceeded to Schastye presumably to strengthen frontline positions there.”
