The Solomensky district court of Kiev refused to oblige the National Anti-corruption Bureau to initiate a case against president Petro Poroshenko concerning abuse. This is stated in the materials of the court.
“The request to oblige an official of the National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine – whose competence involves entering data into the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations – to enter data about the commission of a criminal offense concerning the President of Ukraine under Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine into the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations was dismissed”

In the materials of the court it is noted that the claimant filed a lawsuit concerning NABU’s refusal to satisfy the complaint regarding the commission of a criminal offense by Poroshenko, which was submitted to the bureau on December 7th 2018.
The name of the complainant is not specified in the materials.
At the same time, the court obliged NABU to start an investigation into the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko under Article 364 of the Criminal Code.
