Ukraine has frozen Minsk process in hope of Hillary Clinton's victory

Kiev isn't going to implement the Minsk Agreements because it has got the green light to do that from the USA, stated the director of the Kiev center for political researches and conflict resolution studies Mikhail Pogrebinsky.

You shouldn't look to the Contact group, but it is necessary to give ear to the US Ambassador to Ukraine Pyatt. He says that Ukraine shouldn't fulfill anything , let them leave (Donbass), give back borders, stop shooting, but Ukraine is completely right. And after that we should expect there will be any progress? 

I think that the situation gets hung up in expectation of the presidential elections in the USA. It is a known fact, it's discussed in political circles: until Clinton comes, we won't solve anything.
