Provinces – The army units continued targeting terrorist organizations all across the country, leaving more of their members dead and their vehicles destroyed.

Aleppo

Groups of ISIS terrorists, most of them of foreign nationalities, infiltrated in the past few hours Um al-Janayen village and the farms surrounding al-Sfeira city in southeastern Aleppo province in an attempt to control it.

The army units in the area confronted the terrorists, leaving dozens of them dead and destroying several of tanks and vehicles they used in their attack, field sources told SANA on Wednesday.

The sources said the terrorists were carrying cameras and communications devices to communicate with the tendentious TV channels, which have claimed al-Sfeira city fell in the terrorists’ hands.

Meanwhile, a military source said the army units defending the Air Force Academy destroyed vehicles for ISIS terrorists and fired at their gatherings in the surroundings of the Academy.

An army unit, in cooperation with the popular defense groups, killed numbers of ISIS terrorists and destroyed their weapons and equipment in operations against their gatherings to the east of al-Sfeira city.

ISIS terrorists at Khanaser-Atherya axis in the southeastern countryside near Hama province were targeted, with a number of them gettign killed and their vehicles getting destroyed.

The army’s operations in Aleppo city targeted terrorist positions in the neighborhoods of Salah Eddin, al-Lairamoun and al-Azamiyeh.

The army also targeted terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and the so-called “Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement” and “Nour Eddin al-Zanki Movement” in Khan al-Assal and near Bashkoui village in northwestern Aleppo.

A number of vehicles, some equipped with machineguns, were destroyed in the operations.

Idleb/Hama

An army unit carried out on Wednesday a pinpoint military operation against a hideout for terrorists from the so-called “Ajnad al-Sham Islamic Union” in al-Latamneh town to the north of Hama city.

At least 5 terrorists were killed during the operation, including a leader within the terrorist organization who is named Akram Ali al-Mahmoud.

An armored vehicle and a den of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists were destroyed in an army operation in al-Hbeit village on the border between Idleb and Hama, with the sources stressing that all the terrorists inside the den were killed.

Another army unit targeted gatherings of terrorists from the so-called “Jaish al-Islam” in the farms between al-Latamneh and Maarkaba village, where the terrorists Abu Abdo al-Hamwi, Abu Samer al-Hamwi, Yousef Abdo, Abu Saeed al-Hamwi and Adu al-Darda’ al-Hamwi were killed.

Daraa

A Syrian Arab Army unit destroyed a vehicle belonging to Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization and killed all the terrorists inside it on the road between the Meteorology Department building and al-Sad in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood in Daraa city.

A military source told SANA that the army also destroyed a number of terrorists’ positions and supply routes in Daraa al-Balad.

All members of a terrorist group were left dead or injured following a precision operation carried out by the army against terrorists’ gatherings in Atman town in the northern countryside of Daraa province.

Terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media pages the death of many of their members in Daraa, including Rami al-Safadi.
