Colonial Democracy: The West forbids Ukraine to buy cheaper gas

The “Naftogaz of Ukraine” has lost its independence and can not buy cheaper gas anymore.
It was announced by the co-Chairman of the Energy Strategies Fund Dmitry Marunich, according to whom Ukraine would be forced to resume gas imports because the current reserves would not suffice to live through the winter. At the same time he pointed out that it would not be Russian gas Ukraine would buy even if it was cheaper, reports The Politnavigator.
The problem is that, in comparison with the previous year, the “Naftogaz” is not free to decide where to buy gas. What do we have now? There was received a loan from the EBRD and the money conditionally arrived last year. Another loan is promised by the International Finance Corporation. Together it is about $500 million. But there is a condition to buy gas only on the reverse. Therefore, even if a supplier (the “Gazprom” or another) proposes gas at a lower price, it will be impossible to buy it.
It is not a standard situation. You know in what condition the economics is and, perhaps, you understand from where come the decisions of the current authorities, so it is obvious that the independence and subjectivity of the “Naftogaz” is lost. They will buy gas where the Western creditors indicate them to, even if the price is higher.
