Radargate MH17: Dutch parliament demands answers to 50 crucial questions


Truth about downing of MH17 in Donbass is far away from being revealed. Tens of questions have risen now from Dutch parliament for the Dutch government to answer, like: Can it be explained what radar and satellite data from the US has been received? Why couldn't the OVV (Dutch Safety Board) correctly identify the pilots? Does OVV have an access to all original recordings of the radio traffic with the MH17?
Well known indendent MH17-researcher Max van der Werf calls the situation as "Radargate MH17" on his facebook page now. He has collected the core from the questions based on the official papers (sources below), and he has made a snap translation. (notice: possible small mistakes in free translation):
1. Can you explain what did the Ukrainian air traffic controller try to say under whose wing the last flight of the MH17 was? Why didn't it happen?
2. Were the transcripts of the MH-17 provided in the contact of the Ukrainian air traffic agency in any way manipulated?
3. Do you have satellite information concerning the firing of the missile sought or received? If so, what kind of information is it?
4. Can it be explained what radar and satellite data from the United States has been received? 5. Would further radar and satellite data be able to determine the precise location of fire?
6. Why it's unable to determine the precise location of fire?
7. Do you consider the criticism after the publication of your report is based on some of the findings can lead to doing further parts research? Can you explain your answer?
8. Do you have one or multiple requests to the central government for an assistance in obtaining relevant radar and satellite data? If so, how has it been responded? If not, why?
9. Which part of the report was sent to ICAO?
10. What is the draft report has seen by the participating countries and on which they could make comments?
11. The participating countries also had an opportunity to comment on the reports of TNO, NLR and the conclusion which used missile and warhead in the attack on the MH17? If not, why?
12.The OVV has received the letter from Russian Federation (http://www.favt.ru/novosti-novosti/?id=2311) and may make the answer to this public?
13. Are you familiar with the fact that the news or broadcasts of RTL and Nieuwsuur (both UK), TV Sveda, Russia Today, TV Chanel 1 (all from the Russian Federation), Hromadske.tv (Ukraine), BBC and Russia Paris Match, reported that the eyewitnesses clearly stated that they had seen one or more military aircrafts near the MH17? Have you spoken to one of these witnesses, and can you explain their observations?
14. Are you familiar with the fact that Andrei Lysenko during the press conference on July 17 (17:00) stated that all aircrafts of Ukraine were flying over eastern Ukraine? Have you checked where they were flying?
15. Have you contacted with one of these airlines: Norwegian Air Shuttle AS, Srilankan Airlines, Sandinavian Airlines System and / or Thomson Airways LTD, which are known that they no longer flew over the eastern Ukrainian airspace from 1 May (as evidenced by the Chamber received from Eurocontrol)? If yes, which one? And are you aware of the reason why they did not do more? And if not, why?
16. Have you as well contacted one of these airlines: British Airways, Kharkiv Airlines, Pegasus Hava, Tasimaciligi A.S. (Pegasus) and / or Finnair OYJ, known that they no longer flew over the eastern Ukrainian airspace sporadically in May and in June / July (as evidenced by the Chamber received from Eurocontrol)? If yes which one? And are you aware of the reason why they did not do more? And if not, why?
17. While presenting the report, the president of the OVV said the rocket came from the rebel territory and that was shown in maps. Now there are not any maps of the front line in the report. Can the OVV indicate which areas were in the hands of the rebels?
18. The OVV has made an inventory of the radar stations that were about 200 kilometers from the crash site and was the information available?
19. Does the OVV have the log files of the Aircon 2000 system used by Russia and Ukraine for radar?
20. Ukraine announced that the civilian radar stations were in maintenance. Which civilian radar stations in Ukraine were in maintenance?
21. Was limited radar coverage in Ukraine reported to Eurocontrol in June and July 2014? 22. Which of these two points could be exactly visible and where was the second target comparatively to the primary target MH17? 23. Are the two primary targets' parts of the MH17 consistent with debris coming down elsewhere?
24. How the Russian radar "objects" are more often visible than commercial aircrafts (as shown in Figure 13 of the report in the appendices)?
25. How couldn't the OVV correctly identify the pilots and or the autopsy was performed on the wrong pilot?
26. When was the autopsy of the pilot B performed, and when were   the metal particles removed from the body of the pilot A?
27. What is the weight? What is the weight - 5.5 grams or 6.1 grams?
28. What did the Ukrainian delegation tell the OVV at the meeting in August 2014 about the availability of radar data concerning the MH17? What data did the delegation hand over to the OVV at that time?
29. What did the Russian delegation at the meeting in August 2014 inform about the availability of radar data concerning the MH17? What data did the delegation hand over to the OVV at that time?
30. When did the OVV formally ask Russia and Ukraine to keep all available radar data, and to hand it over? Could you officially tell what data was requested,  who was that question addressed to and what was the answer?
31. When did the OVV, the Dutch government inform about the fact that Ukraine couldn't make the primary radar data available?
32. When did the OVV, the Dutch government inform about the fact that Russia couldn't provide the primary radar data?
33. Did the OVV ask the United States for the radar images that they had allowed to use and if the OVV had been invited to the United States in order to have this radar declassified?
34. Was the OVV invited by the Ukrainian military authorities in order to receive the primary military radar? Who and when was this request made and what was the answer?
35. What sources does the OVV have the transcripts of air traffic control from - through UkSATSE (Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services) and also through the black box?
36. Does the OVV have an access to all original recordings of the radio traffic with the MH17? Does the OVV have the original tires of the black box, the original tapes of the control tower of Dnepropetrovsk and the original tapes of the control tower in Kiev?
37. Can the OVV provide all recordings or at least one transcript of all admissions to disclose all communications have been there with MH17? If not, why?
38. Can the OVV give all transcripts pertaining to detours and deviations from the original flight?
39. Can you identity the controller of Dnepropetrovsk, who has had the last contact with the MH17?
40. Have you tried to talk to the air traffic controller of Dnepropetrovsk, who was the last who had the contact with the MH17?
41. If it failed to meet the air traffic controller of the MH17 in Dnepropetrovsk, who has blocked this meeting then?
42. Which bands and recordings did the OVV receive from the control towers of Dnepopetrovsk, Kiev and Rostov, such as audio tapes, general audio recordings, video recordings of the tower itself? Did the OVV ask for information it did not receive?
43. In figure 13 can be read that there are three commercial aircrafts, but four objects that are identified by the primary radar. Can you indicate where the fourth object on the radar screen is?
44. What time does the image of the radar screen, Figure 13 appear from?
45. How often, when and where were more objects visible than the same on the Russian radar?
46. What was the speed of the MH17 every 5 seconds while the minutes according to the primary radar after it was hit by the BUK missile?
47. What is the biggest size of piercing damage found in the parts that were transported to the Netherlands (Annex X)?
48.There is also a piercing damage of one of the debris that can be caused by an onboard cannon (Annex X)
49. Why the text concerning the absence of military aircraft near the MH17 was removed after Russian intervention? May it be still considered that the military aircraft was in the area of the MH17 (Annex V)?
50. Has the OVV obtained an overview of the available weapons in the area which allegedly had been shot from? If not, why(Annex X)?
