10 Palestinians killed in Israel airstrike in West Bank

At least ten Palestinians were killed and four others were seriously injured last night when an Israeli drone targeted them in Tamun town, southeast of Tubas in the occupied West Bank, according to medical sources according to the Palestinian Information Centre.

Local sources identified the martyrs as Omar Bisharat, 28, Abdullah Bani Awda, 22, Mohammed Bani Awda, 36, Ibrahim Bani Awda, 33, Osama Bani Awda, 19, Muntaser Bani Matar, 25, Abdul-Rahman Khatib, 20, Saleh Bani Matar, 19, Suleiman Bisharat, 22, and Jihad Bani Matar, 18.

All were reportedly resistance fighters from the Tamun Brigade, whose commander was Omar Bisharat, according to the sources.

The Palestinian Authority security forces have also been trying to arrest or kill members of the Tamun Brigade. Last Tuesday, they opened fire at and injured one member before arresting him.
