The situation in the Donetsk People’s Republic remains tense.

Over the past day the Ukrainian military violated the ceasefire 23times and shelled the territory of the Republic 122 times. Altogether the enemy launched 65 shells from 82mm and 120mm mortars. The enemy also used infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of different types and small arms. The localities and the territory of the Republic were shelled on orders by Klochkov, the commander of the 93rd brigade, Melnik, the commander of the 56th brigade, and Sokolov, the commander of the 72nd brigade.

The most intense shellings from heavy weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements were applied to such localities asZaitsevo, Kominternovo, Spartak, Zhabichevo, Dokuchayevsk, Yasinovataya, Vesyoloye, the area of the airport and the Volvo Centre of Donetsk city.

As a result of the bunglingly planned provocations on the contact line and unsuccessful attempts to break through the defense of the DPR Armed Forces by the command of the 16th separate motorised infantry battalion of the 58th brigade of the AFU near Avdeyevka, the Ukrainian military once again sustained considerable losses. According to our sources,five AFU fighters died and four received injuries of various severity.

Our intelligence confirms the mass casualties among the Ukrainian soldiers, which we voiced earlier. It is established, that the AFU command gave orders to distribute the losses of the Ukrainian units within a week, and to hide the major part of the dead from the publicity as well. The command of the Ukrainian General Staff is recommended to disclose the everyday losses to the number of five persons.

The intelligence of the Donetsk People’s Republic keeps recording the deployment and concentration of the military equipment along the line of contact with the enemy. Drawing the certain balance of deployment of equipment and units of the Ukro-Nazi bandits it is safe to say that in violation of the Minsk Agreements the AFU have concentrated in the buffer zone up to 50 battalions up to 40 thousand personnel strong, up to 700 units of artillery and mortars, up to 300units of tanks, and up to 100 units of MRLS. Consequently, the Ukrainian military and political leadership is not going to settle the conflict in Donbass peacefully, and to the contrary is making every effort to escalate the situation in order to wage another stage of the deadly war in the middle of Europe.

By means of the media the Ukrainian leadership keeps deceiving the residents of Donbass about their alleged seizure of the localities of Leninskoye, Staromikhailovka, Trudovskoi, Kaplany, Dokuchayevsk, Zaitsevo, Gorlovka, what has nothing to do with the reality. The localities listed above are under our control and we are not going to abandon them. The cases of lies and desire to take the wish for the reality which have become more frequent recently, indicate the Ukrainian leadership being powerless and incapable of controlling the processes both in the country, and in the zone of the so-called ATO. We will keep doing our best to direct the attention of the global community and the OSCE Mission to the blatant excesses committed by the Ukrainian military and political leadership, and will not tolerate the genocide of our people on our land.  

Near the locality of Avdeyevka there was registered arrival of the unit from the 14th and 72nd brigades of the AFU for carrying out the activities on revealing and apprehending of the persons loyal to the DPR. According to the local residents over this night there went missing more than 20 civilians, there were registered the cases of arrest of the whole families with the children of the school and preschool age.

In the area to the west from the locality of Volnovakha along the route Nikolayevka-Starognatovka there couldn’t set out a column of armoured vehicles with the personnel of the 3rd battalion tactic group of the 72nd brigade because of the drivers being incapable of steering the vehicles in the state of alcoholic intoxication. The proceedings held by the commanders and the change of drivers delayed the column for 4 hours. Such facts are not the first of the kind registered by our intelligence, but they used to concern the personnel’s departure during the rotation. According to our estimates recently the Ukrainian military have deliberately started drinking to excess with a view to disrupt the fulfilling of the criminal orders of the AFU commanders to conduct the overnight shelling of the DPR territory.

We keep registering the facts of sabotage by the Ukrainian military aimed at disruption of the battle missions. So, there was established the deliberate knocking out of operation by the commander of the signal platoon’s subdivision Dmitry Melnik of the equipment of the bilateral satellite Internet ‘TooWay’ near the locality of Stary Aidar, meant for data transmission through the allegedly secure channels. Besides, there was registered the passage of the basic provider’s settings to the unknown persons by the personnel of the platoon for interception of the Internet traffic.

Also according to the human sources of our intelligence it was established that the antenna system of the electronic warfare station located in the zone of responsibility of the 92nd separate mechanised brigade, was purposefully wrecked by the Ukrainian military. At present it is attempted to repair at the maintenance centre near the thermal power station in the locality of Shchastye. It is specified that the repair works may run over for an indefinite period resulting from the intention of the repair-masters to write off for sale the still working parts, to deliver which within a very short time does not seem to be possible.

Today morning near the locality of Oktyabr there took place the transfer of the killed AFU soldier to the Ukrainian party with direct involvement of the representatives of the OSCE Mission and JCCC from the Russian party.

And in conclusion I would like to draw attention to the inferiority of the Ukrainian propaganda. The personnel of the AFU psychological operations’ units almost do not bother themselves. There was registered a predicted pattern, the forces of the Ukrainian propaganda produce the poor abortion of the statements made by the official representatives of the People’s Republics with exactly one or two months’ delay. In the meantime, we refer to our intelligence data and the Ukrainian armchair warriors – to the appealing statements with the real facts of the AFU crimes.
