Ce jeudi 4 juillet, Delphine Batho est revenue sur son départ du
gouvernement et affirme que ce sont des forces liées au gaz du schiste
et au nucléaire qui ont obtenu sa tête.
Deux jours après son renvoi du gouvernement, l’ex-ministre de
l’Ecologie, du développement durable et de l’énergie, présentait, selon
elle, les raisons réelles de son éviction. Après avoir jugé qu’elle
n’avait pas failli à la solidarité gouvernementale en défendant le
budget de son ministère, la députée de Deux-Sèvres juge que des "forces
économiques" liées au gaz de schiste et au nucléaire ont obtenu son
limogeage. "Ces forces ne se sont pas cachées de vouloir ma tête,
mais si le gouvernement avait été solidaire, elles n'y seraient pas
parvenues", lâche-t-elle avec amertume.
Parmi ces forces économiques, Delphine Batho n’hésite pas à dénoncer précisément le patron de Vallourec, Philippe Crouzet : "Est-il
normal que le patron de l'entreprise Vallourec directement intéressé
par l'exploitation des gaz de schiste ait pu annoncer ma marginalisation
des semaines à l'avance devant des responsables de son entreprise aux
USA ?". Elle rappelle que le patron aurait annoncé à ses équipes américaines que la ministre de l’Ecologie allait être "marginalisée".
Un conflit d’intérêt
La ministre se demande s’il n’y a pas un "conflit d’intérêt". Elle fait
allusion, sans le dire, au fait que Vallourec est un des leaders dans
les gaz de schiste aux Etats-Unis et que la femme de Philippe Crouzet, Sylvie Hubrac, est directrice de cabinet de François Hollande. "Que
le patron de Vallourec dise que je suis un désastre parce que je fais
rempart au gaz de schiste et que je veux réduire la part du nucléaire,
c'est une chose. Qu'il annonce ma mise à l'écart à l'avance, c'en est
une autre. De quelle information disposait-il pour être si sûr de lui ?" interroge-t-elle.
Mettant en garde le Premier ministre et son successeur au ministère, elle lance : "Il est impossible de revenir sur la position de la France sur les gaz de schiste, car c’est la position du peuple français". D’une manière plus floue, elle évoque aussi les résistances d’EDF
à la fermeture de la centrale de Fessenheim, mais sans entrer dans les
détails se contenant de répéter à de multiples reprises que "les forces opposées au changement sont puissantes !" Ludovic Dupin
