Who Is Behind the “Sterilise the Poor” Governmental Proposal in Ukraine?
As expected, none of the human rights organisations and official structures of the EU and US responded to the cannibalistic “plan to sterilise the poor”, voiced by Zelensky’s associate deputy Tretyakova. A lot of questions immediately arose about the deputy herself and who really is behind this project.
Let’s go back a couple of months when an event happened that was left in the shadows.
On April 10th, the Council for Economic Development of Ukraine was created under the government of Shmygal. The main stated goal is to develop priority anti-crisis measures and a long-term development strategy for Ukraine.
This Council is composed of:
- Igor Petrashko – Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture;
- Yaroslav Zhalilo – Deputy Director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies;
- Ella Libanova – Director of the Institute of Demography and Social Research named after M.V. Ptukhi at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;
- Anders Aslund – a senior fellow at the US Atlantic Council. He is a Swedish economist and specialist in the economy of Eastern Europe, especially Russia and Ukraine;
- Oleg Ustenko – Adviser to the President of Ukraine;
- Eric Nayman – managing partner at Capital Times. He is a native of Novosibirsk and a former manager of Ukrsotsbank;
- Willem Buiter – a professor at Columbia University, an economist, a native of London;
- Evgeny Pentsak – a teacher of economics and finance at the Kiev-Mogyla Business School.
I have specifically mentioned characters who play a key role in this Council, and all members of this Council, without exception, represent the interests of bankers, oligarchs, international scammers, and financial speculators.
Immediately after this, the painless adoption of a number of sensational laws followed and a deal with the IMF was made.
As Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute for Policy Analysis and Management, recently noted:
“In the state budget for 2020, 438 billion hryvnia – more than 40% of the revenue part of the budget – will be earmarked for paying back previous debts.”
This, I think, is the answer to the question “Does the IMF have anything to do with the sterilisation project?” It is the main interested person, no matter how you spin it.
“246 billion hryvnia (more than 20%) for war and security.”
We see that no money is spared for heroes and wandering patriots and Nazis. Someone must extract a tribute and ensure the peace and security of the Master. How is it not a Euro-horde?
In total, more than 60% of the state budget is allocated for these items of expenditure.
For everything else – education and medicine, pensioners and socially unsecured people, infrastructure and science, support for industry and farmers – 30-40%!
And how much more freely will breathing and living schemers steal from these 30-40%? A half?
These figures clearly show the strategy developed by the real government, and not the chapiteau, which is now represented by Shmygal, but at the same time the “roots” from where the cannibalistic project grew.
Moreover, it absolutely does not matter who is sitting in the chair of the Prime Minister or president and what his name is. These figures no longer have real power and capabilities. That is why from their lips you can hear only meaningless sculpting and nonsense. Perhaps the same Tretyakova has more significant powers than Zelensky, who literally freezes and is stubbornly silent, like a dead smartphone, when he is asked elementary questions.
And what about Europe, which will always help? And indeed it will help – it will allocate money for sterilisation.
The saddest thing is that the Marauders in law will do it. They always did it, and they will continue to do it now.
